We want every D'Arcia purchase to meet the standard you expect from us.
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Eligible items should then be returned within the applicable return period. UK distance-selling rules generally provide customers with a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.
To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return:
The product should be returned unused, in its original condition and with its original packaging intact.
Fragrance Product Restrictions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the external packaging where relevant
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or resolution.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. UK rules also set requirements around refund timing following cancellation/return, so your final operational policy should match the process your fulfilment team can actually deliver.
