Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email together with tracking information where applicable.
UK Delivery
Available delivery services, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During launches, limited-edition releases and other high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking
If tracking is included with your chosen delivery service, tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact D'Arcia rather than relying solely on the courier so that we can investigate it for you.

For UK online sales, goods generally need to be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer.
