Every D'Arcia order is prepared with care. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email together with tracking information where applicable.
UK Delivery
Available delivery services, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During launches, limited-edition releases and other high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Tracking
Where tracking is included with your chosen delivery service, tracking details will be emailed to you after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact D'Arcia directly (rather than relying solely on the courier) so that we can investigate on your behalf.

Delivery Timeframes
For UK online sales, goods are generally delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, unless a different timeframe has been specifically agreed with the customer.
